Two Hearts, One Mission: A Love Built on Service
In a world where we've both answered the call to serve, one through healing hands, the other through selfless courage, our paths crossed in the most unexpected and beautiful way.
What begin as two hearts committed to helping others has grown into one unwavering love story. Through long shifts, quiet moments, and countless shared dreams, we've found not just partnership but a forever home in each other. We cannot wait to celebrate this incredible journey with you. Your love and presence mean the world to us as we begin this new chapter hand in hand.

Q & A

RSVP extended to September 29, 2025

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is the closest airport, 14 miles away from the venue; however, Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) is another option, 22 miles away from the venue.

Our dress code is black-tie optional. We ask that you wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie. Alternatively, an evening gown or a midi- or knee-length cocktail dress would be appropriate.

We do not have any specific color preferences for guest attire.  The color palette of our wedding decor is Navy Blue and Silver/Gray with accents of Gold. There’s no need to match (unless you so desire) just sharing in case you’re curious or want a little inspiration.

Our afternoon ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place indoors.

Our venue has a designated parking area reserved for our wedding guests with security provided as well. Upon arrival, follow the event signage to LOT 7, ENTRY F

Because our wedding is in a location with many great lodging options, we haven’t reserved a block of rooms at one specific hotel. We’ve found that you can often get better rates by booking directly through your favorite travel websites, this way, you can choose the style, location, and price that works best for you. We recommend checking sites like Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com or Priceline for the best deal nearby.

Although we truly would like to celebrate our love with everyone, our desire is to keep our special day intimate. The name of every guest invited to attend will clearly be listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 on our wedding day.

We do not have a formal gift registry, but if you would like to bless us with a gift and/or feel moved to give, a wedding card box and gift station will be available at our reception.

October in Arlington, TX is considered one of the most pleasant times of the year, warm but not hot and comfortably humid, relatively dry compared to spring. It’s a great time to enjoy outdoor activities without the summer heat!

All of our guests are invited to join us for a welcome meet and greet on the evening before our wedding, Friday October 17, at Arlington Clover Club. We also would like to extend an invite to those who wish to join us for brunch on the day after our wedding, Sunday October 19, at Spice and Gravy Southern (information listed in the ‘Details’ portion of the invitation).

The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 4:00pm. We recommend arriving to the venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to park and find a seat. Once the procession starts, entry into the venue will pause to allow the wedding party to make their entrance. We want you to be comfortably seated and able to enjoy every moment!

Kindly contact Kalicia and/or Sean with any additional questions; as time draws near, please return to this thread for updated contact information.
